The official Spiral Difficulty Chart Obby badge order is Effortless, Very Easy, Easy, Medium, Hard, Very Hard, Advanced, Insane, Extreme, Stressful, Enraging, Tormenting, Hell, Impossible, and Unreal. Roblox also lists a separate Welcome badge. The game description confirms 240 stages, while current community walkthrough chapters map the first twelve difficulty names to consecutive twenty-stage bands. That mapping is useful for navigation but is not a creator-published boundary table.

How the twenty-stage model works

A current mobile all-stages walkthrough publishes chapters that associate Effortless with the first twenty-stage band, then continues in the official badge order through Tormenting at the end of the 240-stage route. This creates a practical model: stages 1–20 Effortless, 21–40 Very Easy, and so on through stages 221–240 Tormenting.

Use that model to choose a guide or scrub a video. Do not use it to claim the creator officially assigned every boundary. If the live counter, color transition, completion notification, or badge timing disagrees, the live observation should be recorded with its date.

The three later badges do not fit inside twelve twenty-stage bands. Their official presence plus zero awards creates a status question, not a reason to extend the 240-stage count or invent hidden routes.

Read badge totals correctly

Awarded counts are cumulative snapshots. More players having Effortless than Tormenting is consistent with normal progression, but the totals do not form a clean completion funnel: players join at different times, repeat runs, earn badges under different builds, and may leave before later stages. Roblox’s winRatePercentage field is also not a simple share of everyone who ever entered.

Use totals to answer a narrow question: has Roblox recorded anyone receiving this badge by the check time? For Effortless through Tormenting, yes. For Hell, Impossible, and Unreal, the August 27 answer was no. That cannot determine whether the cause is future content, a closed route, unmet conditions, delivery configuration, or simply no award yet.

Practice by difficulty rather than color alone

Colors and obstacle appearance can help orientation, but they require live confirmation. Start with the stage number, then use the badge order and nearby route. When entering a harder band, keep the same movement fundamentals: stable marker, camera before takeoff, one timing cue, and one-variable review.

The useful change is session structure. Early bands tolerate longer continuous runs. Later bands benefit from short attempt sets and written action sequences. At Extreme through Tormenting, a short break after one solved stage can protect the precision needed for the next.

What still needs in-game testing

The exact color of every difficulty, the precise stage boundary, the moment each badge triggers, and the accessibility of Hell, Impossible, and Unreal are not established by the public APIs. The badge records prove names, IDs, descriptions, enabled state, and awarded snapshots. Videos provide route evidence. The live experience is required to join those pieces into an exact boundary table.

If you observe a boundary, record the stage before and after it, the visible difficulty label, the server date, and the badge notification. That is enough to update a route without guessing from a thumbnail.

Difficulty FAQ

What is the order after Insane?

Extreme, Stressful, Enraging, Tormenting, Hell, Impossible, and Unreal in the official badge list.

Does the main 240-stage run end at Tormenting?

Current complete walkthrough chapters place Tormenting at the end, and official awards exist through Tormenting. Treat that as community-correlated status until the exact live finish trigger is tested.

Are Hell, Impossible, and Unreal playable?

The public badge data alone cannot answer. All three badges are enabled and had zero recorded awards on August 27. Use the status guide for the careful interpretation.
